Aimee Fuller-Cuda

Board Chair

Aimee Fuller-Cuda is an experienced leader in aging services, with a career dedicated to developing and managing non-profit organizations that serve older adults. She is currently the Chief Administrative Officer at Central Coast Senior Services, Inc., where she provides leadership and vision to ensure the agency’s growth and financial strength. In her role, she oversees the supervision and support of various staff members, including Home Care Managers and over 25 personal and assisted living attendants, to ensure high-quality client care. She also focuses on staff training and safety, as well as developing innovative programs and services to assist older adults and their families with navigating challenges like family dynamics, medical care, and end-of-life planning. Prior to her current role, Aimee held several other leadership positions at Central Coast Senior Services, including Director of Administrative Services and Community Relations Manager. She was the Executive Director for ITNMontereyCounty from 2015-2018. 

Aimee has a strong background in fundraising and development, having served as a Development Director for Voices for Children – CASA of Monterey County and The Carmel Foundation. Her responsibilities included grant writing, planning fundraising events, and donor cultivation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services/Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Aging Services Management. A dedicated community member, she serves as the Board Chair for ITNMontereyCounty and as Vice Chair of the Area Agency on Aging Council. She has received multiple recognitions for her service, including being named a Women Who Care Honoree by Meals on Wheels of the Monterey Peninsula and receiving special recognition for her service from ITN Monterey County. 

Anne Banta

Board Member

Since 1989, Anne has operated as a “Rent-a-VP of Corporate Communications”, launching over 35 start-ups. Most consulting projects are 18 months in duration, in which Anne manages the entire corporate communications function.  Anne specializes in developing the visual and message identity for start-ups. In this role, she is responsible for developing the marketing and communications strategy and managing all the communications vehicles, including the logo development, company launch, public relations, advertising, promotional materials, direct mail, newsletters, presentations and web site. Prior to starting her own company, Anne was the Director of Corporate Communications at Adaptec (1983-1989) and a Marketing Communications Manager at Intel

Kenneth Stewart Hunter

Board Member

Kenneth Stewart Hunter was born in San Diego, California, in 1956. He began his academic journey, after serving in the US Navy as Anti-Submarine Warfare Operator in Guam from 1974-77, at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1981. Driven by a passion for medicine and service, he went on to earn his MD from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 1985. He completed his internship at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News in 1986 and continued his medical education at the Naval Aerospace Medical Institute in Pensacola, Florida, in 1987. 

 

Dr. Hunter served as a U.S. Naval Flight Surgeon from 1986 to 1991, stationed at MCAS El Toro in California and later at Oceana Naval Air Station in Virginia Beach. In 1991, he shifted his focus to dermatology, completing his residency at Balboa Naval Hospital in San Diego and becoming a board-certified dermatologist in 1994. He continued his service as a Navy dermatologist at Balboa Naval Hospital and later at Guam Naval Hospital until 1996. 

Transitioning to civilian life, Dr. Hunter opened a private dermatology practice in Norfolk, Virginia, where he served patients from 1997 to 2011. He then relocated his practice to Monterey, California, before a sudden loss of vision in January 2013 brought his distinguished medical career to an end. 

 

Despite this life-changing event, Dr. Hunter’s resilience and spirit of service never wavered. He became an active member of ITN Monterey County in 2013, joining its Board of Directors in 2022. Prior to losing his vision, his interests included downhill skiing, tennis, golf, biking, and hiking. Today, he enjoys walking, riding the bus, traveling both domestically and internationally, listening to audio books, and advocating for the blind and visually impaired. 

 

Deeply committed to community service, Dr. Hunter volunteers with The Carmel Foundation, The Blind and Visually Impaired Center of Monterey County, the Monterey Bay Aquarium and St. Mary’s Episcopal Church. He is also a proud member of the Pacific Grove Rotary Club. 

Dr. Hunter is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and continues to inspire others through his dedication, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to helping others. 

Catherine (Cat) Mineo

Board Member

Catherine (Cat) Mineo is an accomplished trademark and business transactional attorney, who has been involved with ITNMontereyCounty as a volunteer since 2020 and as Board member since 2021. Cat also received the Max and Helen Israelite ITN America Volunteer of the Year in 2022. 

Cat holds a dual Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. Before attending law school, Cat worked as a paralegal for several years and is currently a Notary Public. 

With KK Legal & Advisory Services, Inc., Cat counsels businesses on corporate structuring, regulatory licensing, commercial contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, real property transactions, and business escrows. She works closely with founders, management teams, and investors to draft and negotiate contracts that facilitate strategic expansions. Her practical, business-first approach to intellectual property and corporate matters allows clients to mitigate risk, strengthen their market position, and scale confidently. 

Cat is a current member of the Monterey County Bar Association and Monterey County Women Lawyers Association. 

Beyond her legal practice, Cat is deeply committed to community service. She serves as a Board Member for Legal Services for Seniors, an organization providing pro bono legal services to residents of Monterey County.  Additionally, Cat supports youth experiencing homelessness through her work on the Grants Team for Youth Assistance Coalition, a nonprofit based in San Diego. She also mentors aspiring attorneys through the Monterey College of Law First-Generation Law Student Program. 

In her free time, Cat enjoys reading, hiking, surfing, and exploring California’s coastline. Her passion for ITN stems from her relationship with her beloved grandmother, and she enjoys the experience of meeting and assisting community members. 

Jeff Craig

Advisory Council

Jeff Craig has been a resident of Del Mesa for six years. Prior to that, he lived in his first home in Pebble Beach for 48 years with his beautiful wife Carolyn Craig, raising two children – Kimbley and Danny. For 40 years of that period he was the president and owner of Monterey Insurance Agencies (now a division of HUB International). The agency was the oldest and largest on the Monterey Peninsula, founded in 1888. He retired 14 years ago, but not before being awarded the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter professional designation and served on INC magazine’s insurance advisory panel.

He is a Past President of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of California and was California’s’ representative on the Board of the Independent Insurance Agents of America. In his retirement, he has been a dedicated volunteer driver to ITNMontereyCounty since 2014 delivering over 10,000 rides to date. In 2019, Jeff received $500 from ITNAmerica, winning the Max and Helen Israelite Volunteer of the Year award. He has served on the ITNMontereyCounty Board of Directors since 2011, and held the office of Chairman from 2013-15; Secretary from 2015-2017, and now is on our Advisory Council.

Jessica McKillip

Executive Director

Jessica McKillip has served as Executive Director of ITNMontereyCounty since 2018, leading the organization’s growth to more than 700 active riders and overseeing the delivery of over 110,000 rides since its inception in January 2012. She is a passionate advocate for mobility and independence among seniors and visually impaired adults, and proudly represents ITNMontereyCounty on the Mobility Advisory Council for Monterey-Salinas Transit, as well as the Executive Committee and Full Council of Monterey County’s Area Agency on Aging.

A California native raised on a small family farm in the Central Valley, Jessica moved to Monterey in 2000 to attend Cal State Monterey Bay. She graduated with a dual major in Public Health and Social Work from the university’s Collaborative Health and Human Services Department. Since 2006, she has dedicated her career to the nonprofit sector—managing local farmers markets, expanding youth healthy eating initiatives in after-school programs, and coordinating business district revitalization efforts in historic Oldtown Salinas.

A long-time peninsula resident, Jessica is committed to community service. She has volunteered with the Marina Chamber of Commerce, the Salinas Valley Food & Wine Festival, and the Monterey Young Professionals Group. She currently serves as a member of the Monterey Cypress Auxiliary Unit 694 and is currently President of the Junior League of Monterey County.

Jessica is proud to lead an organization that is transforming the way transportation is delivered—making it more accessible, personal, and dignified for the county’s aging and visually impaired populations.

Sid Noonari

Operations Manager

Hospitality Leader Turned Community Mobility Advocate 

With 12 years of experience in hospitality management, Sid Noonari brings a unique blend of operational excellence and data-driven leadership to ITNMontereyCounty. A proven leader in guest services and business strategy, he previously served as General Manager of boutique hotels in Pacific Grove and Operations Manager at Hyatt Vacation Ownership, where he earned the prestigious “Way to Go” award for outstanding performance.

Beyond traditional hospitality, Sid is also an entrepreneur, running a small business that supplies sustainable daily-use amenities to hotels and Airbnb owners—marrying his industry expertise with a passion for eco-conscious innovation. 

At ITNMontereyCounty, Sid plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, overseeing day-to-day operations, payroll, accounting, and Salesforce data management. His analytical mindset—honed through a Master’s in Organizational Leadership (UMass Global) and a Data Analytics Certification (Master School)—helps streamline systems to better serve seniors and visually impaired adults.

Bradford Baumann

Team Member

Bradford Baumann joined the ITNMontereyCounty team in January 2025. A recent retiree from a 30+ year career in teaching that started out in San Bernardino for seven years, after which he relocated to Salinas. He spent 25 years as a computer science teacher at North Salinas High School. While a teacher he also was a certified school district driver. In this capacity he was authorized to drive school vans with students to various events, field trips, games, etc. Always thinking in retirement he’d continue driving with some local organization.  

Working for ITNMontereyCounty has been very rewarding. He enjoys meeting many interesting people who share their unique backgrounds and personal history. The rides may be short or long in terms of mileage but he always hears how important and valuable the service is. The directors and staff in the office are friendly, communicate well and are flexible with scheduling issues.  

My wife Bethany and I live in Pacific Grove where we enjoy the outdoors, live music, and sporting events. We support our local soccer team – Monterey Bay FC and attend as many San Jose Sharks games as possible. I am fortunate to be a part of a great team that delivers a much-needed service to our area. It is very much appreciated. 

Elizabeth Mottu-McFarland

Transportation Coordinator

Elizabeth Mottu-McFarland is a dedicated and personable Transportation Coordinator
with a diverse professional background. Known for her reliability, amiability, and strong
work ethic, Elizabeth consistently brings her well-rounded skill set to every role she
undertakes. Her ability to quickly learn and adapt to new challenges has allowed her to
excel in various fields, ranging from legal work to real estate, sales management,
dispatching, and administrative tasks.

With years of experience as a legal secretary, clerical assistant for a police department,
accounts payable and receivable specialist, as well as running a family floral business,
Elizabeth has honed her organizational and multitasking skills, making her an invaluable
asset in any setting. She holds an Applied Associates Degree with a double major in
Computer Business Administration and Legal Office Administration from Heald
Business College.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Elizabeth is deeply involved in her community. She
has held leadership roles in her local school district, serving as an officer in PTSA, LPAC,
and the School Site Council. She also volunteers for Brighter Bites, a non-profit
organization focused on combating food insecurity, and was honored with the Volunteer
of the Year award in 2023. Her past experience as a Catechist for St. Theodore’s
Catholic Church further highlights her commitment to serving others.

In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys family activities, gardening, and embracing the
outdoors. Her passion for both professional growth and community service drives her
to continually seek new opportunities for learning and making a positive impact.

Javier Robles

Driver

Javier Robles joined ITNMontereyCounty in 2023 and brings dedication, reliability, and a passion for connecting with people to his role as a driver. With a Class A commercial driver’s license and forklift certification, Javier also works as a professional truck driver for 7UP. He earned an Associate Degree in Fine Arts and Language from Feather River College in 2020, and enjoys combining his creativity with strong communication skills in both of his professional roles. 

Outside of work, Javier is a sports enthusiast who enjoys fantasy football and staying active through regular workouts. He values the flexibility, kindness, and supportive environment at ITNMontereyCounty, and especially enjoys meeting the many interesting people he gets to drive and assist. Javier is proud to be part of a team that truly makes a difference in the community 

Marissa Rousso

Team Member

Marissa Rousso is an Operations Intelligence Analyst in the Air Force Reserve and works in Membership at the Monterey Peninsula Country Club. She brings a dynamic blend of strategic intelligence, operational leadership, and community-focused service to every endeavor she undertakes. 

Marissa joined ITNMontereyCounty in 2024, drawn to its mission of providing safe and reliable transportation options to those in need. She quickly became an engaged member of the organization, utilizing her strong organizational and communication skills, as well as her passion for service. 

Her professional background spans military intelligence, private sector operations, instructional leadership, and nonprofit engagement. She has served as an instructor for Intelligence Operations and Distributed Ground System (DGS) platforms at Goodfellow Air Force Base, where she trained the next generation of Air Force analysts. Earlier in her career, she worked in politics, construction project management, and private club admissions. Whether in uniform or civilian capacities, Marissa is known for her adaptability, mission focus, and dedication to excellence. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis, and an Associate of Applied Science in Military Intelligence Studies and Technology from Air University. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Space Operations at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, expanding her expertise into the space domain as she advances toward a professional trajectory at the intersection of space operations and national security. 

Her skill set includes strategic communication, intelligence analysis, organizational development, event planning, data integration, and technical writing. Marissa is a member of the Northern California Golf Association and remains highly active in her community, volunteering as a guide at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and serving on nonprofit boards, including the 50th Intelligence Squadron Booster Club. 

In her free time, she enjoys swimming, running, hiking, and playing golf. What she loves most about ITNMontereyCounty is its deep commitment to helping others and the incredible sense of community shared by its members and volunteers. 

Melissa Martella

Transportation Coordinator

Melissa Martella currently serves as the Transportation Coordinator at ITNMontereyCounty, a role she has held for over two years. In this position, she manages daily ride coordination, oversees bank deposits, handles billing, and actively contributes to community outreach and fundraising initiatives.
Melissa brings a rich and diverse professional background to her role. She spent 12 years as an Occupational Therapist with Monterey County Mental Health, working closely with Severely Emotionally Disturbed children in the public school system. From 2016 to 2020, she stepped into an entirely new challenge as the Owner and Operator of Martella Farming Company, leading the business following her husband’s passing.

Born and raised in Monterey County, Melissa is deeply rooted and well-connected in the community. Her strong communication skills and natural ability to build meaningful relationships make her especially effective in both her professional and volunteer efforts.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University.
Her local knowledge and people-first approach continue to enhance the experience of both
riders and drivers at ITNMontereyCounty—an organization she values for its connections and
conversations.

Beyond her professional life, Melissa is highly active in volunteer work. She serves as a
long-time Chairwoman for the American Cancer Society, helping to raise over half a million
dollars annually. She also contributes her time to her sons’ high schools and supports an
agriculture-based nonprofit fundraiser each month. When not working or volunteering, she
enjoys gardening, hiking with her dog Lola, and spending time with her two sons

Miriam Avina

Transportation Supervisor

Miriam Avina is the Transportation Supervisor at ITNMontereyCounty, where she has been a
dedicated team member for nearly two years. Starting as a coordinator, Miriam quickly
demonstrated leadership, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills, earning a promotion to
supervisor in less than a year—a reflection of her commitment to excellence and community
service.

Before joining ITN, Miriam worked in the healthcare field. Her professional journey includes
working with children with autism and providing hands-on support at an OB-GYN office. These
experiences strengthened her ability to connect with people from all walks of life and manage
sensitive responsibilities with compassion and care.

In her current role, Miriam oversees transportation operations, coordinates schedules, supports
drivers and riders, and ensures that services run smoothly and efficiently. She takes pride in
building relationships within the community and contributing to ITN’s mission of providing safe,
reliable transportation to older adults and individuals with visual impairments.

Miriam holds an Associate in Science degree and continues to grow professionally through
hands-on leadership and service.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, volunteering with VNA Hospice, and cheering on her
favorite hockey team—the San Jose Sharks. As the team’s biggest fan, she brings that same
passion and energy into everything she does. Miriam also deeply values her time at home,
where she loves spending time with her husband and their four beloved pets—two cats and two
dogs who bring joy and laughter to her life every day.

members of the community, forming meaningful connections that make a difference in people’s
lives every day

Theresa Ann Beguhl

Transportation Coordinator

Theresa Ann Beguhl joined ITNMontereyCounty in March 2022, bringing with her over 25 years
of professional experience in service-oriented roles. She previously served as a Recreation
Therapist for 12 years and as a dedicated educator for 15 years before retiring from teaching.

Ms. Beguhl began her academic journey at Hartnell College (1977–1979), continued her
undergraduate studies at Fresno State (1979–1982), and later pursued graduate coursework at
California State University, Dominguez Hills (1994–1996).

As Transportation Coordinator, she leverages her strong organizational skills, attention to detail,
and conscientious approach to ensure that each ride is scheduled smoothly and efficiently. Her
role allows her to combine her passion for helping others with her deep respect for the dignity
and independence of ITN’s riders.

Outside of work, Ms. Beguhl enjoys walking, hiking, and gardening. She finds great fulfillment
in collaborating with her ITN team and values the meaningful connections she makes daily with
volunteers and members—helping them reach their destinations with care and compassion.
